Guide: Add or Claim your Business on Freshee Venues
The Freshee Venues mobile app for businesses allows you to add information to, and manage, your Business Profile on the consumer-facing Freshee mobile app.
Create or get access to a Business Profile on Freshee and manage how your business information appears across the platform.
The Process
The process is easy to follow and straight-forward:

Submit a Join Request form on the Freshee website.

We contact you to confirm the details you provided.

We verify that you are the owner or an authorised representative of the business entity in question.

You will then provide us with a signed copy of the agreement we will send to you.

If your business is not yet listed, it will be created.

Access to the Freshee Venues application is granted to you, and you can begin managing your Business Profile.

Note:
You can always check if your venue is already listed on the Freshee platform by downloading the consumer Freshee mobile app, creating an account and searching for the venue name.
If it is listed, you can claim and manage the Business Profile here. If it is not listed, you can request for us to add it here.
In either case, the process is the same and we should get you set up within one or two business day after verification is complete, depending on the number of claims being processed at the time you submit your request.
