Verification Process
Before you can create an account on Freshee Venues and manage your business on our platform, we take the necessary steps to ensure that you are the business owner or an authorised representative.
Secure Login & Access PIN Code
First, only validated accounts with certified credentials can access the application.
Second, since venue staff will be using the app to scan customer codes at the POS, a special Access PIN Code will be required to make any changes to business information. This is to be kept private by the owner/manager and used to manage the profile.
Data stored on Secure Servers
All information collected and accessed on the application is stored remotely on Google's secure servers.
This data is protected by layered security protocols at every stage, and the servers offer > 99.99% uptime, which means your data is secure and will (virtually) always be available and accessible. Learn more here
